PENGARUH UKURAN DEWAN DIREKSI, DEWAN KOMISARIS DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN PADA PERUSAHAAN JASA SEKTOR KEUANGAN YANG TERDAFAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA TAHUN 2018-2022

ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Ukuran Dewan Direksi, Dewan Komisaris dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada Perusahaan Jasa Sektor Keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2018-2022. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 52 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data berupa analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Ukuran Dewan Direksi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan, Dewan Komisaris dan Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. Secara simultan Ukuran Dewan Direksi, Dewan Komisaris dan Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan.
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of the size of the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners and Company Size on the Financial Performance of Financial Sector Services Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The number of samples used in this research was 52 companies using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method is quantitative analysis using classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS 26. The research results show that partially the size of the Board of Directors has no effect on financial performance and the Board of Commissioners and the size of the company has an effect on financial performance. influence on financial performance. influence on financial performance.
